TKLab (the “Operator”) handles information relating to users of the iOS application “Saturday Unfolds” (the “App”) as described below.
1. Information Handled by the App
The App may handle short text entered by the user, the selected theme, and other settings needed for the App to function.
2. Storage of Notes and Settings
Notes and theme settings entered in the App are generally handled on the user's device. The App does not provide a TKLab-operated server system for transmitting, viewing, or collecting the text entered by users.
3. Accounts
No TKLab account registration or sign-in is required to use the App.
4. App Store and Apple Services
Apple may process information in connection with downloading, purchasing, paying for, or otherwise using features provided through the App Store. Such processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy and applicable terms.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator does not disclose text entered by users in the App to third parties except where required by law.
6. Deletion of Data
Data stored on the device may be deleted through in-app operations, deletion of the App, or other device or OS behavior. Exact behavior may depend on the device and operating system.
7. Use by Minors
Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Operator may update this Policy in response to changes in law or App functionality. Material changes will be announced on this site or in the App.
